Your hospital stay

During your stay, we’ll be happy to provide you with a cozy bathrobe, slippers, and a hairdryer. Upon request, our service staff will provide you with a hygiene kit containing a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, a shower cap, and a nail file.

Books and magazines are available for your enjoyment during your stay. You also won’t have to go without your daily newspaper while you’re with us. We are happy to provide it to you free of charge.

You may be sharing your room with someone who isn’t feeling quite as well as you are right now. We kindly ask you to show appropriate consideration: Please keep conversations with your visitors quiet and coordinate any preferences regarding lighting or ventilation with your roommate. Treating one another with respect helps create a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are committed to protecting the environment. By disposing of your waste in the designated containers, you help us conserve resources and sort waste properly. Thank you for your cooperation!

We accept debit cards and major credit cards (except American Express).

To ensure that everyone can get around comfortably and safely here, Wörgl Private Hospital is designed to be accessible. Wide hallways, easily accessible treatment rooms, an elevator, and a clear wayfinding system ensure easy navigation and convenience.

There is a marked, wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor. In the inpatient ward, you will find several accessible patient rooms with appropriately equipped restrooms.

Designated parking spaces for people with disabilities are conveniently located in the underground parking garage.

Are you interested in treating yourself to some hair styling, a manicure, or a pedicure during your stay at our private hospital? Then simply let our nursing staff know what you’d like. We’d be happy to schedule an appointment for you and arrange for service providers to meet you here.

Please note that you can only pay in cash when using our external service providers.

You can use your own laptop or mobile device to access free Wi-Fi in every room and throughout the entire building.

Out of consideration for others, we ask that you use your cell phone responsibly. In sensitive areas such as the operating room and recovery room, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone. Thank you for your understanding.

To ensure a pleasant and healthy environment, smoking is not permitted in patient rooms or in any other areas of the hospital. There are designated smoking areas for this purpose (the winter garden on the 3rd floor).

Please understand that Wörgl Private Hospital cannot accept any liability for valuables or cash brought onto the premises.

To ensure your personal belongings are kept safe, there are several secure storage options available to you: Your room is equipped with a lockable safe that provides insurance coverage of up to EUR 1,000. The cabinet in your room is also lockable.
