We offer attractive packages for self-pay patients, in which the portion covered by your social insurance (excluding KUF [health and accident welfare scheme]) is already factored in. You will receive a cost estimate so that you can make an informed decision about whether you would like to have the surgery. After your stay, you will receive a bill.
KUF policyholders will receive a bill for their entire stay and can submit the portion covered by their social insurance to that provider.
Provided that a direct billing agreement with appropriate cost coverage is in place and you are covered by social insurance in Austria, we will bill your insurance providers directly for the costs of treatment, surgery, and your stay.
To ensure that you can enjoy your stay with us without any worries, we recommend that you check with your insurance provider beforehand. Since we won’t receive confirmation of coverage until after your admission (within 24 hours), clarifying this in advance will give you the peace of mind that everything is taken care of.
After your stay, you will receive a bill that you can submit to your accident insurance provider.

Please check with your insurance provider in advance to confirm coverage and bring the authorization for admission with you. If direct billing through us is not possible, we ask that you provide a security deposit. This way, all the formalities are taken care of quickly, and our team can focus entirely on providing you with personalized service.
We can bill many private supplementary health insurance providers as well as Austrian social insurance programs directly for your stay.
Direct billing means that, provided the costs are covered, we will send the bills for the costs incurred during the stay directly to the relevant insurance providers.
